Cherry Cola Brownies

Cherry Cola Brownies!

These are so easy to make and there is no guilt and you can enjoy these knowing you will not be sick!

Brownies:

1 Package of Sugar Free Brownie mix.. I use Pillsbury
 3 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Diet Cola.. Use Coke Zero
1/2 Cup Maraschino Cherries. plus 12 halves for garnish!

Frosting!

Use Pillsbury Sugar Free Frosting

Preheat oven to 350
Coat 9X13 baking pan with cooking spray

In large bowl combine brownie mix, oil, eggs and cola.. Mix well... then stir in chopped cherries

Spread mixture in a prepared pan

Bake 25 to 30 minutes.... Cool for 1 Hour

Spread frosting and garnish with cherries...
Serve..

This is so so easy!!! 



I lost 170 pounds with my RNY.. I did gain 40 pounds back... I thought,, I can eat sugar.. I will get used to the sugar and guess what I did!!! I gained the weight... I could not figure out what was happening? I cut out the sugar again and started to lose the weight and maintain a healthy weight!

Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake

Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake!


This sounds awesome and I know the first thing I would think of... I really want something sweet but do I want to get sick over it?

Here is a cheesecake that you can eat and you will be the superstar at the gatherings!

What this is low in sugar??

Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake

2 packages (8oz) Cream Cheese.. Softened... DO NOT USE FAT FREE

1/4 Cup Spleanda Sugar Blend

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 (10oz) Maraschino Cherries.. Well Drained and Divided

1/2 Cup of Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Semi Sweet.. Walmart carries them

1 9 inch Graham cracker Crust... Look for a sugar free... but a regular one will do

1  8 oz Sugar Free Whipped topping.. Cool whip or store brand.. SUGAR FREE

1/4 teaspoon of Unsweetened Cocoa

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees

In medium bowl wit electric mixer on medium. Combine sugar and cream cheese until blended!

Add Eggs and Vanilla until well combined!

Set aside 8 cherries for garnish!

Coarsely chop the remaining cherries..

Add cherries and chocolate chips to cream cheese mixture

Mix well and pour into the pie crust!

Bake 35 to 40 minutes.. or until center is firm

Chill for at least 1 hour..

Spread the cool whip.

Sprinkle cocoa powder

Garnish with remaining cherries

Cover loosely until ready to serve!

Starwberry Pie

Strawberry Pie

1 Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust
1 (4 serving) Sugar Free Strawberry Gelatin
1/4 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend
3 Tablespoons of Corn Starch
3/4 Cup Diet Ginger ale
1 quart of fresh Strawberries (Hauled and cut in half)

Bake pie according to directions and cool

In a medium saucepan combine the rest of ingredients EXCEPT STRAWBERRIES
over medium heat cook 6 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved

Remove from heat and cool about 5 minutes; Stir in strawberries and pour into pie shell.

Chill for 4 Hours; Serve

**Keep Chilled until ready to serve**

Optional... Top with whipped topping, Whipped cream..

July 4th... Fireworks Cookie Cups

Firework Cookie Cups


Want to wow the crowd this holiday? 
This is a great way to bring something sweet to the picnic!

We need to first make the sugar cookie dough
(I know some places have refrigerated cookie dough in Sugar Free but just in case)

Sugar Cookie Dough:
1 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 Cup of Spenda Sugar Blend
2 Large Eggs
2 Teaspoons of Vanilla
4 Cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
 You want to chill the cookie dough for 2 hours...

Sugar Cookie Dough
1/2 Cup Butter (Divided)
2 cups Spenda Sugar Blend
1/3 Cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Red and Blue Food Coloring

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grab the chilled cookie dough.. Scoop into mini muffin pans
Press dough and make sure they are around the sides.
Bake 10 to 13 minutes
Cool on cooling rack

Get ready made Pillsburry Vanilla Sugar Free Icing.
So divide into 3 small bowls and leave one white.. make one blue and one red...

Get large disposable bag and.... add icing red,white and blue.. alternating... colors do not mix the colors just line them side by side and pipe into the cookie cups.

Love Strawberries??? Here is a friendly RNY Pie

Fresh Strawberry Pie


1 box Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
(softened as directed)

FILLING

6 Cups Fresh Strawberries

1/4 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend

2 Tablespoons of Cornstarch

1/2 Cup Water

1/2 Teaspoon Almond extract

6 drops of red food coloring.. Optional

TOPPING

2 Cups of Frozen *thawed* Sugar Free Whipped Topping
1 Container of Strawberry Cream Cheese



Step 1
- Preheat Oven to 450;  Bake Pie crust in a glass pie dish... Bake according to directions on package.

Step 2.Wash and Hull Strawberries; Drain Well on paper towels

Step 3. In 2 quart saucepan mix cornstarch and sugar. Stir in water. Cook over med to high heat; Stirring constantly. Until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat. Add Almond Extract and food color. Cool 10 minutes

Step 4.In large bowl mix glaze and strawberries. Spoon in mixture in baked pie shell.. Pie Shell must be cooled.

Step 5. Mix Cream Cheese (strawberry) and whipped topping. Pour over pie and cool for 2 hours.
