GRILLED HONEY GARLIC PORK CHOPS!

These are so easy to make and healthy as we are using honey!

3/4 Cup Lemon Juice

3/4 Cup Honey

1/3 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce

3 Tablespoons of Cooking Sherry (located near the cooking oil in the supermarket)

6 Garlic Cloves Minced

6 Lean Pork chops thin sliced

In 1 9 X 13 baking dish, combine all the ingredients except the pork chops; Mix well. Add the pork chops. Cover and marinate for 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. (I also like to use a large freezer bag to marinate. Preheat your Foreman grill or if you are cooking out preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill pork chops for about 10 minutes per side. (make sure you discard the marinade)

These are great with grilled asparagus and baked potato. Or serve this over brown rice!!
